Once you're done, sign off with your name and today's date. Send it by email. Also, if you have a printer and an envelope, print and seal your envelope. Write my Future Self on the front. If you have hand-written your letter fold it and write my Future Self on the outside. Do the same for printed copies without an envelope. Place it in a place you will be able to find it a year from now. If you keep a journal, consider writing the letter directly in your journal and marking the page, or writing the letter separately and tucking it in between the pages of your journal.
